Who can use this feature?
Available on Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans.
Accessible to Owners and Admins on Web App.
The Total Seats refers to the maximum number of account members that an administrator decides to add to their Sign.Plus account. For example, if the total seats are set to 2, then the account can be accessed by the Administrator and one additional member.
Adding Seats During Upgrade
When upgrading to a paid plan (Professional, Business, or Enterprise), you can choose the number of seats you’d like by adjusting the Total Seats option during the upgrade process.
Managing Seats on a Paid Plan
If you’re already on a paid plan (Professional, Business, or Enterprise), you can easily adjust the number of seats at any time directly from the Users section in your dashboard.
How to Add Seats
- Go to the Users tab in your dashboard
- Click on Add Seats
- In the upgrade screen, adjust the Total Seats field to the number of users you’d like to include
- Example: If you currently have 1 seat and increase the total to 2, you will be adding 1 additional seat.
- Enter your Payment Details if required.
- Click Confirm and Pay to complete your purchase
With the Professional plan, you can have up to 5 total seats (users). Whereas with the Business and Enterprise plans, you have an unlimited number of seats (users)
Seat Costs
Each seat represents one user license on your Sign.Plus account. The cost of a seat is the same as the plan price per user, and is billed according to your subscription (monthly or annually).
For example:
- If you’re on the Professional plan ($X/month per seat) and set the total seats to 3, your monthly cost will be $X × 3.
- If you’re on the Business plan ($Y/month per seat) with 10 seats, your monthly cost will be $Y × 10.
This way, you only pay for the number of members you want to give access to your account. You can always increase seats later, depending on your plan.
