How can I assign multiple numbers to the account Admin?

Who can use this feature?

Available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Accessible to Owners and Admins on Web App.

Follow these steps to assign one or multiple fax numbers to the account Admin:

  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Numbers section on your Dashboard.
  2. Find the fax number you wish to assign to the account Admin.
  3. Click on More (), followed by Manage Assignment.
  4. Your name as account Owner will appear at the top of the list. Click to check or uncheck the box to manage the member assignment of that designated number.
  5. Click on Confirm.

    Note: In Business and Enterprise plans, all fax numbers are assigned to the account Owner by default.
