Your default payment method is used for plan renewals. You can easily adjust your default payment method or update your existing payment details.

How to change your default payment method?
- Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go the Profile section on your Dashboard.
- Under the tab for Plan & Billing, find the box for Payment Details.
- Next to Payment Method, click on Manage.
- Select the credit card you wish to set as default. Click on More (⋮), to display options.
- Select Set as Default. Once your subscription is renewed (monthly or annually), the payment will be automatically processed using the default credit card on file.

- Tap on Buy Credit to view the list of available payment methods.
- Select the payment method you wish to set as default. Tap on More (⋮), and tap on Set as Default. Once your subscription is renewed (monthly or annually), the payment will be automatically processed using the default credit card on file.

- Go to Profile.

- Tap on Buy Credit to view the list of available payment methods.
- Select the payment method you wish to set as default. Tap on More (⋮), and tap on Delete.
Note: It's important to maintain at least one valid payment method on record. If you wish to remove a previously used payment method, you'll need to add a new valid payment method as a replacement.
