At this time, invoices are automatically generated and available directly in your account. To download or print an invoice, please make sure you are logged in as the account admin or account owner on the Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus website.
If you are an account member, you will not have access to invoices and will need to contact your account admin or owner.
To obtain your printable invoice, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Sign.Plus or Fax.Plus account.
- Navigate to the Settings section on your dashboard.
- Click on the Plan & Billing tab and then locate the Payment Details box.
- Next to Payment History, click View History - a pop-up window will appear displaying the history of your payments.
- Click Download next to any transaction to download or print the associated invoice or receipt.
Note: Invoices are automatically generated once your payment is successfully processed. Please note that invoices are only available within your Fax.Plus account and are not sent by email. Invoices cannot be modified after they are issued. If you’d like your company information to appear on the invoice, make sure to add those details to your Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus account before making the payment, as the invoice is generated immediately upon payment.
