Dial.Plus automatically saves all calls handled by your AI agents, allowing you to review them, listen to recordings, and analyze transcripts. If you no longer need a saved call, you can delete it to keep your call history organized.
Steps to Delete a Saved Call
- Log in to your Dial.Plus account
- Go to the Calls tab
- Locate the call you want to delete
- Click the three dots menu on the right side
- Select Delete
- Confirm deletion when prompted
Note: Once deleted, the call — including the recording, transcript, and summary — cannot be restored.
