Your call logs should appear almost immediately after a call ends. In most cases, this takes less than a minute or two, as the system finishes processing the audio and transcript.
To view your calls:
1. Log in to your Dial.Plus account.
2. Go to the Calls tab.
3. Refresh the page if the call doesn’t appear right away.
How to Read Your Call Log
Each call entry includes:
- From – The phone number the call came from.
- Agent name – Which AI agent handled the call.
- Date & Time – When the call occurred.
- Duration – Length of the call.
- Summary – A short description of the conversation.
Tip: A blue dot next to a call indicates it is new and unread. Once you open the call, the dot will turn grey to show it has been viewed.
Filtering Calls
To quickly find the calls you need, use the filters at the top of the Calls tab:
- Date range – View calls from the last 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
- Agent name – Filter by which AI agent handled the call.
- Assigned number – Filter by specific Dial.Plus phone numbers.
Email Notifications
By default, Dial.Plus will send you an email notification whenever:
- Your number receives a voicemail, or
- A missed call is logged.
These notifications include:
- A short call summary, and
- A link back to your call log, where you can view the full transcript or listen to the audio recording.
Note: If you don’t see the notification in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder for emails from notification@dial.plus
