How to Download and Use Call Recordings in Dial.Plus

Who can use this feature?

Available on All Paid plans.

Only Owners and Admins via the Web app

With Dial.Plus, every call your AI agent handles is automatically recorded. If you’d like to keep a copy for training, compliance, or review purposes, you can easily download the voice call as an MP3 file.

How to Download a Call Recording

  1. Log in to your Dial.Plus account
  2. Navigate to the Calls tab
  3. Find and click on the call you’d like to download
  4. On the right-hand side, click the Download button
  5. The call will be saved as an MP3 file on your device in the following format:
    “DialPlus Conversation – DATE at TIME from INCOMING NUMBER.mp3”

What You Can Do with Call Recordings

Once downloaded, you can:

  • Review calls offline for quality assurance.
  • Share recordings with your team for training and feedback.
  • Archive files for compliance or record-keeping.
  • Compare calls over time to measure improvements in your agent’s performance.
