Custom branding lets you personalize the signing experience for your recipients by adding your company’s look and feel to signature requests.
What You Can Customize
With custom branding, admins can:
- Add your company logo – Display your brand logo in all signature requests.
- Set an accent color – Choose a custom accent color that reflects your company’s identity.
- Redirect signers – Define a custom URL so recipients are directed to your website after completing their signature.
Once configured, these customizations will appear:
- In the email notifications sent to recipients.
- Throughout the signing flow, for a consistent branded experience.
- On the Certificate of Completion.
How to Set Up Custom Branding
Note: Custom branding settings are available on the Sign.Plus Web app only.
- Log in to your Sign.Plus Web account.
- Go to Settings > Signing > Branding > Use Company Logo.
- Upload your company logo, size up to 1MB (recommended formats: PNG, JPG or SVG).
- Choose your accent color using the color picker or by entering a hex code.
- (Optional) Set a Custom Redirect URL so that signers are redirected to your website once they’ve finished signing.
- Preview your changes under the Email Preview and Signature Preview tabs.
- Once satisfied, click Confirm to save your branding.
Tip: With this setup, your recipients will see your company logo and custom colors in every signing interaction, creating a consistent and professional branded experience.
