How can I activate ID Check (AI-Powered Verification) ?

Who can use this feature?

Available on Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans.

Only Owners and Admins via the Web app

Follow these steps to activate ID Check Verification across your company:

  1. Log in to your Sign.Plus account, and navigate to the Settings section on your dashboard.
  2. Find the Recipient Verification.
  3. Click on Manage next to ID Check Verification to specify which team members can require ID Check Verification for signature requests.

  4. Click Confirm.
