Follow these steps to purchase ID Check Verification credits on Sign.Plus:
- Log into your Sign.Plus, account and navigate to the Settings section, followed by the General tab.
- In the Recipient Verification panel, you will find the ID Check setting. This section allows you to manage how ID Check credits are used within your organization.
- By clicking on Purchase, you can purchase ID Check credits in the following bulk amounts:
- 10 ID Verification
- 50 ID Verification
- 100 ID Verification
- 500 ID Verification
- 1000 ID Verification
- After selecting the desired amount of credits, proceed to the Payment Details section. You can choose to pay via Card or PayPal. Enter your payment details or confirm the payment method already on file.
- Review your purchase details and click on Confirm and Pay to complete the transaction.
Note: ID Verification credits are shared across your organization. All users with the necessary permissions can utilize the credits for their ID Verification needs. Purchased credits do not expire and remain available until they are used. Each use of an ID Verification for a document sent to external recipients consumes credits per verification. For example, a document sent to four external recipients plus your signature would require five credits.
