How can I purchase QES credits on Sign.Plus?

Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) provide the highest level of security and legal compliance for electronic signatures. If your team requires the use of QES for signing documents, you'll need to purchase QES credits. This guide will walk you through the process of purchasing QES credits on Sign.Plus.

  1. Log into your Sign.Plus, account and navigate to the Profile section,  followed by the General tab.
  2. In the Company Info panel, you will find the QES Verification setting. This section allows you to manage how QES credits are used within your organization.
  3. By clicking on Purchase you can purchase QES credits in the following bulk amounts:
    • 10 credits
    • 50 credits
    • 100 credits
    • 500 credits
    • 1000 credits
  4. After selecting the desired amount of credits, proceed to the Payment Method section. You can choose to pay via Credit Card or PayPal. Enter your payment details or confirm the payment method already on file.
  5. Review your purchase details and click on Confirm and Pay to complete the transaction.

Note: QES credits are shared across your organization. All users with the necessary permissions can utilize the credits for their QES needs. Purchased credits do not expire and remain available until they are used. Each use of a QES for a document sent to external recipients consumes credits per recipient. For example, a document sent to four external recipients plus your signature would require five credits.
