How can I activate SMS recipient verification?

Who can use this feature?

Available on Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans.

Accessible to Owners and Admins on Web App.

Follow these steps to activate SMS recipient verification across your company:

  1. Log in to your Sign.Plus account, and navigate to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Find the Company Info.
  3. Click on Edit.
  4. Click on Manage next to the Recipient Verification SMS Code to specify which team members can require SMS code verification for signature requests.
  5. Click Confirm.

Tip: Your plan initially includes a quota of 100 SMS. You have the option to purchase additional SMS in packages.
