If you possess an Enterprise account, you have the option to transfer ownership to an Administrator.
Following the transfer of account ownership, you will assume the role of one of the account's Administrators, and all fax numbers previously assigned to you will be moved to your new account.
Follow these steps to transfer ownership of your Fax.Plus account to an Admin:
- Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Users section on your Dashboard.
- Find the Admin you wish to grant the ownership permissions to.
- Click on More (⋮)and click on Set as Owner.
- Click on Confirm.
Note:Prior to transferring ownership to an Administrator, ensure that the Administrator has already verified their account using a phone number. The verification process can be completed by accessing the Profile section, then scrolling down to the My Info section.
