Follow these steps to downgrade your subscription:
- Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go the Profile section on your Dashboard.
- Under the tab for Plan & Billing, find the box for Plan Details.
- Click on Change Plan.
- Click on Plan to reveal plan options.
- Select the plan you wish to downgrade to. Click on Proceed.
Note: Based on the type of your current plan and its duration (monthly or annual), you may not be able to downgrade your plan to certain plans.
How can I downgrade from my subscription to the Enterprise plan?
Because of the enhanced security features and added integrations that come with the Enterprise plan, downgrading to another multi-user plan (such as Business plan) or an individual plan (such as Basic or Premium plans) while retaining the same dedicated fax numbers is not feasible.
