How can I downgrade my Fax.Plus subscription plan?

Follow these steps to downgrade your subscription:

  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Under the tab for Plan & Billing, find the box for Plan Details.
  3. Click on Change Plan.
  4. Click on Plan to reveal plan options.
  5. Select the plan you wish to downgrade to. Click on Proceed.

Note: Based on the type of your current plan and its duration (monthly or annual), you may not be able to downgrade your plan to certain plans.

How can I downgrade from my subscription to the Enterprise plan?

Because of the enhanced security features and added integrations that come with the Enterprise plan, downgrading to another multi-user plan (such as Business plan) or an individual plan (such as Basic or Premium plans) while retaining the same dedicated fax numbers is not feasible.
