What is the Fax.Plus refund policy?

Upon buying additional credits or making direct purchases from Fax.Plus, you will have a Cooling-Off Period of 24 hours, during which you can cancel your purchase. However, this Cooling-Off Period becomes void if you have used the credits by:

  • Allocating Fax.Plus numbers
  • Subscribing to a paid plan
  • Employing added credit for fax transmission or reception

In either scenario, the Cooling-Off Period will expire, and you won't be able to cancel or request a refund for your purchase. Beyond this Cooling-Off Period, no refunds will be provided.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription?

Refunds or credits for partial months or years are not provided. If you wish to cancel your paid subscription plan with Fax.Plus, you can initiate the process through your account Dashboard: Profile > Plan & Billing.

However, please be aware that choosing to cancel the paid subscription plan will not result in a refund for the most recent or any past monthly or annual charges that have already been applied.

Will I receive a refund for unused plan credits?

No refunds will be issued for any unused pages included in your subscription plan or for any extra credits that remain unused.
