You have the flexibility to choose from a range of payment methods for upgrading your Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus plan or adding credit to your Fax.Plus account. These options include credit cards and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Store, Google in-app purchase, Apple Pay, Google Pay, payment by invoice, ACH payments, and more.
Credit and Debit Cards
We accept major cards including Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, American Express, Eftpos AU, and Link for both credit and debit card transactions. Furthermore, we are actively collaborating with our online payment processors to introduce more card options in the near future.
PayPal
We support payments via PayPal. You can add your PayPal information to your Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus account.
Apple Store in-app purchase
We support payments through Apple’s in-app purchase system using your Apple ID when subscribing or upgrading via the Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus iOS app.
Payments are processed directly by Apple, and the charge will appear on your Apple ID billing statement. Subscription management, billing history, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations must be handled through your Apple App Store account settings.
Please note that Apple’s in-app purchase policies apply, and certain plan options or promotions available on our web platform may not be offered through the App Store.
Google in-app purchase
We support payments through Google Play’s in-app billing system when subscribing or upgrading via the Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus Android app.
All transactions are processed securely by Google, and charges will appear on your Google Play billing statement. Subscription management, billing history, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations should be managed directly from your Google Play account.
Availability of plans, pricing, or promotions may differ from our web platform due to Google Play policies.
Apple Pay
We support payments via Apple Pay for eligible purchases made through our web platform and supported devices. Apple Pay allows you to complete your payment quickly and securely using cards saved to your Apple Wallet.

Google Pay
Google Pay is supported for eligible purchases made through our web platform and compatible devices. This payment method enables fast and secure checkout using cards linked to your Google account.

Invoice
If you wish to make payments by invoice, you can do so if your payment meets the following criteria:
- You are subscribed to the Enterprise Plan.
- You are subscribed to be billed annually.
- Your purchase is a minimum of $2,000 USD.
ACH Payments
Exclusively for customers subscribed to our annual Enterprise and annual Custom Plans, looking to perform domestic wire transfers within the US, we offer a streamlined process through ACH payments (limited to US banks only).

Note: The payment processing for our Web and Android apps depends on two distinct services: Stripe, and PayPal. For purchases made within our iOS app, transactions are facilitated through Apple’s in-app purchase system. It's important to note that we do not retain any credit card information; instead, we exclusively use anonymized tokens furnished by these service providers.
