You have the flexibility to choose from a range of payment methods for upgrading your Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus plan or adding credit to your Fax.Plus account. These options include credit cards and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Store, Google in-app purchase, payment by invoice, ACH payments, and more.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards for plan purchases or credit additions. Furthermore, we are actively collaborating with our online payment processors to introduce more card options in the near future, including JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
We support payments via PayPal. You can add your PayPal information to your Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus account.
We support payments through Apple ID via Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus iOS app. This method, however, does not support auto-renewals, and you can only renew your Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus, plan manually or top up your credit for the renewal.
Exclusive to our Android Sign.Plus users only. Please note that this method does not support automatic renewals. You will need to manually top up your credit or renew your plan.
If you wish to make payments by invoice, you can do so if your payment meets the following criteria:
- You are subscribed to the Enterprise Plan.
- You are subscribed to be billed annually.
- Your purchase is a minimum of $2,000 USD.
Exclusively for customers subscribed to our annual Enterprise and annual Custom Plans, looking to perform domestic wire transfers within the US, we offer a streamlined process through ACH payments (limited to US banks only).

Note: The payment processing for our Web and Android apps depends on two distinct services: Stripe, and PayPal. For purchases made within our iOS app, transactions are facilitated through Apple’s in-app purchase system. It's important to note that we do not retain any credit card information; instead, we exclusively use anonymized tokens furnished by these service providers.
