After you've determined the plan that aligns with your requirements, you can find specific instructions within this article to seamlessly upgrade to your chosen plan via our web app.
Upgrade to Personal Plan
- Log in to your Sign.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
- Click on Plan & Billing tab.
- Under Plan Details, and next to Plan Type, click on Change Plan.
- Select your preferred billing period; Annual Plan or Monthly Plan.
- Find your preferred plan or click on Compare Plans to see detailed options.
- Under Effective Date, you will be prompted to choose when the new plan should take effect. Select Immediately or Next Billing Cycle.
- Under Number of seats, select the number of seats you wish to add.
- Under Payment Details, click on Credit Card or PayPal.

Credit Card: Enter your credit card details
- PayPal: Click on PayPal > log in to your PayPal account > choose your credit card if applicable.

- Review your order summary. In this step, you can also apply your Fax.Plus credits towards your upgrade by selecting Use Available Credit.
- Once you review your order, please click on Confirm and Pay.
Upgrade to a Professional or Business Plan
- Log in to your Sign.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
- Click on Plan & Billing tab.
- Under Plan Details, and next to Play Type, click on Change Plan.
- Select your preferred billing period; Annual Plan or Monthly Plan.
- Choose your preferred plan or click on Compare Plans to see detailed options.
- Under Effective Date, you will be prompted to choose when the new plan should take effect. Select Immediately or Next Billing Cycle.
- Under Total Seats, add the number of users you wish to have on your account by clicking on plus (+).
- Under Company Name, type in the name of your company.
- Under Payment Method, click on Credit Card or PayPal.
- Credit Card: Enter your credit card details click on Confirm and Pay.
- PayPal: Click on PayPal > log in to your PayPal account > choose your credit card if applicable > click on PayPal
