How can I upgrade my Sign.Plus account?

After you've determined the plan that aligns with your requirements, you can find specific instructions within this article to seamlessly upgrade to your chosen plan via our web app.

 

Upgrade to Personal Plan
  1. Log in to your Sign.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Click on Plan & Billing tab.
  3. Under Plan Details, and next to Plan Type, click on Change Plan.
  4. Select your preferred billing period; Annual Plan or Monthly Plan.
  5. Find your preferred plan, and click on Buy Now
  6. Once you reach the checkout page:
    • Under Effective Date, you will be prompted to choose when the new plan should take effect. Select Immediately or Next Billing Cycle.
  7. Under Payment Method, click on Credit Card or PayPal.
    • Credit Card: Enter your credit card details > click on Confirm and Pay.
    • PayPal: Click on PayPal > log in to your PayPal account > choose your credit card if applicable > click on Confirm and Pay.
Upgrade to Professional or Business Plan
  1. Log in to your Sign.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Click on Plan & Billing tab.
  3. Under Plan Details, and next to Play Type, click on Change Plan.
  4. Select your preferred billing period; Annual Plan or Monthly Plan.
  5. Find your preferred plan, and click on Buy Now.
  6. Once you reach the checkout page:
    • Under Total Seats, add the number of users you wish to have on your account by clicking on plus (+).
    • Under Company Name, type in the name of your company.
    • Under Effective Date, you will be prompted to choose when the new plan should take effect. Select Immediately or Next Billing Cycle.
  7. Under Payment Method, click on Credit Card or PayPal.
    • Credit Card: Enter your credit card details > click on Confirm and Pay.
    • PayPal: Click on PayPal > log in to your PayPal account > choose your credit card if applicable > click on Confirm and Pay.
Upgrade to Enterprise Plan
  1. Log in to your Sign.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Click on Plan & Billing tab.
  3. Under Plan Details, and next to Play Type, click on Upgrade.
  4. Select your preferred billing period; Annual Plan or Monthly Plan.
  5. Click on Request a Quote, and you will be redirected to Sign.Plus website.
  6. Fill out the form for Request Your Sales Call, and click on Contact Sales.
