How can I manage my payment details?

Your payment details are used for plan renewals and managing recurring payments for Alohi products. By keeping your payment information current, you ensure the seamless continuity of your subscription, allowing you to enjoy our products and services without interruption.

Follow these steps to manage your payment details on Sign.Plus:

Add Payment Method
  1. Log in to your Sign.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Click on the tab for Plan & Billing. Under Payment Details, find Payment Method, and click on Add.
  3. Select Credit Card or PayPal.
    • Credit Card: Enter your credit card details and click on Confirm.
    • PayPal: Click on the button for PayPal, log in to your PayPal account, and choose your preferred credit card. Click on Validate, and Pay.

Below is the process for registering Additional Payment Methods:

  1. Under Payment Details, find Payment Method, and click on Manage.
  2. Click on Add Payment Method.
  3. Select Credit Card or PayPal.
    • Credit Card: Enter your credit card details and click on Confirm.
    • PayPal: Click on the button for PayPal, log in to your PayPal account, and choose your preferred credit card. Click on Validate, and Pay.
Change Default Payment Method
  1. Log in to your Sign.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Click on the tab for Plan & Billing
  3. Under Payment Details, find Payment Method, and click on Manage.
  4. Select your new default payment method by selecting the star next to it.
  5. Click on Confirm.

    Note: Every time a new payment method is added, it is automatically set as the default payment method. Make sure to select your preferred payment method as default by following the process above.

Delete Payment Method
  1. Log in to your Sign.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Click on the tab for Plan & Billing
  3. Under Payment Details, find Payment Method, and click on Manage.
  4. Click on the trash icon next to the payment method you would like to remove.
  5. Click on Confirm.

Warning: You must keep at least one valid payment method on file. As a result, you may need to add a new payment method or select a new default payment method if you would like to delete a previously used method.

Change Currency

Depending on the region of the phone number verified upon sign-up, Sign.Plus has Swiss Francs (CHF), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), or US Dollars (USD) set as default currencies.

Follow these steps to change your billing currency:

  1. Log in to your Sign.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Click on the tab for Plan & Billing
  3. Under Payment Details, find Default Currency, and click on Change.
  4. From the dropdown menu, choose the currency of your preference.
  5. Click on Confirm.

Note: If your card or bank supports currency conversions, you have the option to make payments in other currencies. Nonetheless, you'll be required to pay the total equivalent in your local currency, which includes any applicable fees or exchange rates charged by your bank.
