How can I Find my Number after purchasing a plan

When you upgrade to a paid Dial.Plus plan, you receive a dedicated phone number that can be assigned to one of your AI Agents. This number allows external customers to call your business and interact directly with your agent, whether it's for support, sales, or general inquiries.
If you're on a higher-tier plan, you can also purchase and manage multiple numbers, each assigned to a different agent.

How to Find My Number(s)

To locate the number(s) assigned to your account:

  1. Log in to your Dial.Plus account
  2. Navigate to the Numbers tab in the main menu
  3. You’ll see a list of all active phone numbers associated with your account

    Each number entry will show details such as:
    • The country or region of the number
    • The assigned agent (if applicable)
    • When it was acquired
    • The status
    • Actions

Notes and Tips

  • One number = one agent: Each phone number can only be assigned to a single AI agent.
  • Want more numbers? If your plan supports it, you can purchase additional numbers under the Numbers tab by clicking Add Number.
  • Assigning a number: If your number isn’t yet assigned to an agent, go to the Agents tab, select your agent, and assign the number from there.
