To make your AI agents reachable by phone, you’ll need to purchase one or more phone numbers through Dial.Plus. The types of numbers available to you depend on your subscription plan and the country selected.

Number Types Available

Local Numbers

  • ✅ Available on all paid plans
  • 📍 Assigned to a specific city or region
  • 👍 Ideal for businesses that want to appear local and familiar to callers

Toll-Free Numbers

  • ✅ Available on Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans
  • ☎️ Free for your customers to call
  • 🧰 Great for customer support and nationwide services

Custom Numbers

  • ✅ Available on all paid plans
  • 🔢 Lets you choose specific digits (if available in the system)
  • 💲 Subject to a one-time fee of $19.99

Country Availability

  • The availability of local, toll-free, or custom numbers depends on the country you select.
  • In some countries, you may need to provide regulatory documents, such as:
    • Proof of address
    • Business registration
    • You’ll be prompted to upload any required documentation during the setup process.

  • Each phone number can be assigned to only one agent
  • A single agent can be assigned multiple numbers
