If you’re unable to access your 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) code, don’t worry—we’re here to help you securely regain access to your account.
Where to find your 2FA code
Your 2FA code is generated by the authentication app you used when setting it up, such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or another TOTP-based app. If you still have access to that app on your device, simply open it to retrieve your code.
Lost access to your authentication app?
If you no longer have access to your authentication app, we will need to verify your identity before we can disable 2FA for your account.

Only the account Owner can authorize changes to security features, including 2FA resets.

Important for Admins
If “Enforce 2FA for All Users” is enabled on a corporate account, please temporarily disable this policy before requesting a 2FA reset. This prevents automatic reactivation of 2FA before the user is able to log back in.
If you encounter any issues during the process, please contact our support team at support@fax.plus.
