How can I activate SMS code verification?

Who can use this feature?

Available on Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans.

Accessible to Owners and Admins on Web App.

Follow these steps to activate SMS recipient verification across your company:

  1. Log in to your Sign.Plus account, and navigate to the Settings section on your dashboard.
  2. Find the Recipient Verification.
  3. Click on Manage next to SMS Code Verification to specify which team members can require SMS code verification for signature requests.

  4. Click Confirm.

Tip: Your plan initially includes a quota of 100 SMS. You have the option to purchase additional SMS in packages.
