To resend your fax in case of an initial failure, you can use our retry option. The system will automatically attempt to send your fax later, depending on the timing and number of retries you have configured.
To configure the retry option and to resend the fax follow these steps:
- Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Send Fax section on your Dashboard.
- Click on the Gear ⚙️ icon.
- Once the popup window for Settings is revealed, check the box for Retry.
- Specify the number of retry attempts for fax sending in case of failure. Additionally, you can adjust the time intervals between each retry.
- Click on Save.
- Launch the Fax.Plus app.
- Go to Send Fax.
- To the top left side of your screen, find the Gear ⚙️ icon and toggle ON on the option for Retry.

- Click on Save.
