If you want to delete, deactivate, close, or cancel your Free Alohi Account (Sign.Plus and Fax.Plus), you can do so through one of our mobile apps or the Fax.Plus Web application.
Note: Paid accounts cannot be deleted, closed or canceled until the active subscription is canceled and the account is converted to the Free plan in the next 30 days with no remaining credits.
Using the Fax.Plus Web App
You can delete data linked to your Free Alohi Account (Fax.Plus and Sign.Plus) and close your account by accessing the data deletion link directly from your account at https://app.fax.plus/data-deletion.
Using the iOS or Android App
Follow these steps to delete the Alohi account:
- Launch your Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus iOS application.
- Go to your Settings tab.
- Find My Info, and click on it.
- To delete the account, click on Delete Account.
Note: Your account must be on the Free plan with no remaining credits to proceed with deletion. Once the deletion is processed, all associated data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
