Available on Business and Enterprise plans.
Accessible to Owners and Admins on Web App.
Follow these steps to modify the default caller ID:
- Log in to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Settings section on your dashboard.
- Under the tab for Faxing, find Company-Wide Fax Settings. Click on Edit.
- Click on the dropdown arrow for your current Default Caller ID, and choose your preferred number from the list of available caller IDs.
- Click on Confirm.
Note: The default caller ID is the fax number utilized for fax transmission by users of Business and Enterprise plans who have not yet been assigned a specific fax number.
