What is the preset caller ID, and how can I modify it?

Available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Accessible to Owners and Admins on Web App.

Follow these steps to modify the default caller ID: <>

  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Under the tab for General, find Company Info. Click on Edit.
  3. Click on the dropdown arrow for your current Default Caller ID, and choose your preferred number from the list of available caller IDs.
  4. Click on Save.

    Note: The default caller ID is the fax number utilized for fax transmission by users of Business and Enterprise plans who have not yet been assigned a specific fax number.
