How can I obtain a confirmation (proof of delivery) for a fax I have sent?

Every fax you send includes an Advanced Confirmation Report that serves as official proof of transmission and delivery. You can download, print, and retain this report for your records. 
The report clearly documents the fax status and includes verifiable details such as the transmission date and time, the total number of pages sent, a thumbnail preview of the first page, and a QR code that allows the report’s authenticity to be validated.

Follow these steps to view a Fax Confirmation Report (proof of delivery) for a sent fax:

Web App

1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Faxes section on your Dashboard.
2. Under the tab for Sent, view the list of your sent faxes.
3. Find the fax you wish to get the confirmation report of, and click on More (⋮).
4. Click on Fax Confirmation Report to view the report.

iOS

1. Launch the Fax.Plus app.
2. Go to the Faxes, and tap on Sent to view the list of your sent faxes.
3. Find the fax you wish to get the confirmation report of, and swipe left on the selection.
4. Tap click on More (⋮), followed by Fax Confirmation Report to view the report.

Android

1. Launch the Fax.Plus app.
