How can I customize document format for incoming faxes?

When sending a fax, you can select the document format as either PDF or TIFF, regardless of whether it's a fax you received in your email or within your Fax.Plus Inbox.

Tip: Adjust your preferred file type using Fax.Plus Web App.

Follow these steps to configure the file format for your incoming faxes:
  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Under the tab for General, find the box for My Fax.
  3. Click on Edit.
  4. Find File Type, and select the file format you wish to automatically download your incoming files into.
  5. Click on Save.
