If you need to update your credit card information (for reasons such as expiration or compromise), you’ll need to add a new credit card first and then remove the old one.
Note: This process can only be done via Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus Web app.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Add a new credit card
- Open the Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus Web app and log in to your account.
- Click on your Settings and navigate to Plan & Billing.
- Under Payment Details, click Manage next to Payment Method.
- Click on Add Payment Method.
- Enter your new credit card details.
- Click Add Credit Card to save your new payment method.
Step 2: Remove the old credit card
- Return to the Payment Methods section.
- Locate your new credit card in the list.
- Click on the three-dot menu next to it and select Set As Default.
- Once your new card is set as the default, click the three-dot menu next to your old credit card and select Delete.
- Click on Confirm to finalize the changes.
