Accessing the Alohi Trust Center
We host all of our security and compliance documentation through the Alohi Trust Center, powered by Vanta. You can visit it directly at: 👉 https://trust.alohi.com
What Documents Are Available?
Through the Trust Center, you can request access to the following:
- Penetration Test Report
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certification
- Alohi SOC 2 Type 2 Report
- CSA Star
How to Request a Document
- Visit https://trust.alohi.com
- Locate the document you need and click Request Access, or click directly on the document to trigger the access request
- A Request access form will appear - fill in your:
- Name
- Company name
- Reason for access
- Under Resources, select your preferred access level (Full access or Limited access) and choose the specific document(s) you need from the dropdown
- Click Request access to submit
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email containing a secure link to access the requested document(s). Click View Trust Center in the email, then review, accept, and electronically sign Alohi’s NDA to gain access to the documents.
