With our Trial feature on Sign.Plus, you can try one of our paid plans free for 14 days. This is a great way to explore premium features and see how Sign.Plus can best fit your needs.
How to Start Your Trial
To activate your trial:
- Go to the Plan & Billing section in your Settings
- Click on Upgrade in Plan Details
- Select the plan you would like to try (e.g., Professional (Monthly))
- Toggle the option Start a 14-day free trial
- Review what’s included in the plan (users, signature requests, templates, etc.)
- Choose the number of seats (users) you want by adjusting the Total Seats field
- Example: If you set 2 seats, the account will include you (the administrator) and one additional member
- ⚠️ Once the trial is activated, adding more seats requires payment
- Enter Payment Details
- Choose your payment method: Credit/Debit Card or PayPal
- Enter your billing details (cardholder name, card number, billing address, etc.)
- No charge will be made during the 14-day trial, but your payment method is required for activation
- Click Start Trial to activate your free 14-day trial
Important Notes
- Seats: Be sure to select the correct number of seats when starting your trial. Once the trial is activated, adding additional seats requires payment.
- Renewal: Your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of 14 days unless you cancel
- Billing: If not canceled, billing begins at the standard plan price (e.g., US$14.99 per seat, per month for the Personal plan)
How to Cancel your Trial before you get charged
If you no longer wish to continue your free trial, please go to your Sign.Plus Settings -> Plan & Billing under the Plan Details tab, press the Cancel Plan button.
Once done, your free trial will be canceled, and you will retain access to your paid features until your trial expiration date. If you change your mind before that date, you can simply restore your plan by going to your Settings and clicking on the Resume Plan button.
Please note that once you cancel your free trial, you will receive a confirmation email of your trial cancellation.
