How to create your AI agent on Dial.Plus

To create your AI agent, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Agents tab.
  2. Click on Create Agent.

  3. Fill in the following fields:
    • Name: Give your agent a recognizable name (e.g., "Support Bot" or "Sales Assistant").
    • Role: Choose the agent’s function (e.g., Customer Support, Sales, Appointment Scheduler).
    • Goal: Describe the agent’s purpose. This will shape its persona and guide the context of its conversations.
  4. Click Create Agent to finalize.

Tip: Once your agent is created, click Test Agent to preview its initial setup. From the Agents tab, you can access additional settings to fine-tune its tone, script behavior, FAQs, fallback responses, and more.

Number of Agents per Plan

The number of AI agents you can create depends on your plan: the Free plan includes 1 agent, the Basic plan includes 3 agents, the Premium plan includes 5 agents, and the Business plan includes 10 agents.

Use case: A medical clinic could configure an agent to handle routine inquiries, such as scheduling appointments, providing office hours, or sharing pre-visit instructions with patients.
