If you subscribed to Fax.Plus through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription is managed externally by Apple or Google.
This means that we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund subscriptions purchased via in-app payment (IAP) from our end. You’ll need to manage your subscription directly through your device or your respective app store account.
Cancel via the Mobile App
To access your subscription management directly from the Fax.Plus mobile app:
- Open the Fax.Plus app on your mobile device
- Go to the Settings tab
- Tap on Plan & Billing
- Select Cancel Plan
- You will be redirected to either the Apple App Store or Google Play to manage your subscription
Cancel via Apple App Store (iOS Users)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Select Subscriptions
- Find Fax.Plus in the list
- Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancel via Google Play (Android Users)
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon (top right corner)
- Go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select Fax.Plus
- Tap Cancel Subscription

Note: Subscriptions purchased via the app are externally managed, which means we cannot make any changes, cancellations, or refunds on your behalf. If you’re unsure how your subscription was purchased, feel free to contact support and we can help you confirm it.
