If you wish to delete your Alohi Account (Sign.Plus and Fax.Plus), you can request account deletion through one of our iOS apps or Fax.Plus Web application.
You can delete data associated with your Alohi Account (Fax.Plus and Sign.Plus) by directly sending a data deletion request from within your account at https://app.fax.plus/data-deletion.
Follow these steps to send the Alohi account deletion request:
- Launch your Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus iOS application.
- Go to your Profile tab.
- Find My Info, and click on it.
- To send an account deletion request, click on Delete Account.
Note: Once your deletion request is received and processed, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy and terms of service.
