Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all Alohi Suite (Sign.Plus & Fax.Plus) users, irrespective of their subscription plans, and it enhances the security of your account.
Before configuring 2FA for your account, you will need to download and install an authentication app on your device. Sign.Plus and Fax.Plus 2FA is compatible with most Time-Based, One-Time Password (TOTP) applications. Here are some options to help you get started:
- iPhone Devices: Google Authenticator, Twilio Authy
- Android Devices: Google Authenticator, Twilio Authy
- Windows Phones: Microsoft Authenticator
Activate/Deactivate 2FA on Sign.Plus
Activate 2FA
- Login to your Sign.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
- Find the tab for Security, and look for Two-Factor Authentication.
- Click on Activate.
- Once the popup window for Activate Two-Factor Authentication is revealed, follow the prompts to verify your authentication code with your authenticator app.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will now enabled for your Sign.Plus account. Moving forward, you will need to enter a verification code using your authenticator app, and your password each time you sign in.
Note: Once you activate 2FA, you will be provided with 10 backup codes. If you lose access to your authentication device, you can use one of these backup codes to login to your account. Each code may be used only once.
Deactivate 2FA
- Login to your Sign.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
- Find the tab for Security, and look for Two-Factor Authentication.
- Click on Deactivate.
- Enter the verification code, and 2FA will be deactivated.
Activate/Deactivate 2FA on Fax.Plus

- Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
- Find the tab for Security, and look for Two-Factor Authentication.
- Click on Activate.
- Once the popup window for Activate Two-Factor Authentication is revealed, follow the prompts to verify your authentication code with your authenticator app.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will now enabled for your Fax.Plus account. Moving forward, you will need to enter a verification code using your authenticator app, and your password each time you sign in.

- Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Profile section on your Dashboard.
- Find the tab for Security, and look for Two-Factor Authentication.
- Click on Deactivate.
- Enter the verification code, and 2FA will be deactivated.
