Who can use this feature?
Available on Basic, Premium, Business and Enterprise plans.
All users, in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile apps.
Fax.Plus is available in the Claude Marketplace. Once you connect your account, you can ask Claude to send and manage your faxes for you in a normal conversation, without opening the Fax.Plus app.
What you can do with Fax.Plus in Claude
Ask Claude in plain language, for example:
- "Fax this signed form to +1 555 123 4567."
- "Did my fax to the clinic this morning go through?"
- "Show me the faxes I received yesterday."
- "Add Dr. Smith's office to my contacts with fax number +1 555 987 6543."
Claude can send faxes with attachments, check delivery status, view received faxes, and manage your contacts and contact groups.
Before you start
- A paid Fax.Plus plan (Basic, Premium, Business or Enterprise)
- A Claude account (claude.ai, or the Claude desktop or mobile app)
On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner may need to allow the Fax.Plus connector for your organization first.
How to connect Fax.Plus to Claude
From the Claude Marketplace
- Open the Fax.Plus page in the Claude Marketplace.
- Click Add to Claude.
- Sign in to your Fax.Plus account and approve the access request.
From inside Claude
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
- Click Browse connectors and search for Fax.Plus.
- Click Connect.
- Sign in to your Fax.Plus account and approve the access request.
Once connected, Fax.Plus is available in your Claude conversations. Just ask Claude what you'd like to do.
Tip: Claude asks you to confirm before taking actions such as sending a fax, so you can check the recipient and document first.
How to disconnect
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors, select Fax.Plus, and click Disconnect. Claude can no longer access your Fax.Plus account once it's disconnected.
