How can I fix login issues with Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus add-ins?

If you’re being asked to log in every time you use the Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus add-ins, the issue may be related to your internet browser settings - specifically, how it handles cookies or tracking protection.

Browsers that block cookies or clear them regularly may prevent you from staying logged in. Unfortunately, this behavior is controlled by the browser and cannot be fixed from our side.

How to whitelist Sign.Plus and Fax.Plus in common browsers

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and go to Settings.
  2. Under Privacy and security, click Third-party cookies.
  3. Click on Add and enter each of the following URLs:

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
  2. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, click Manage Exceptions next to Cookies and Site Data.
