Can I prepare a Sign.Plus document once and reuse it for multiple people?

Yes! Sign.Plus supports templates, which let you prepare a document once and reuse it for multiple recipients. 

Here's how it works:

  1. Create a template - Upload your document (contract, NDA, onboarding form, etc.) and add signature fields, text fields, date fields, and other placeholders where signers will fill in their information.
  2. Save as a template - Once configured, save it as a reusable template in your Sign.Plus account.
  3. Send to new recipients - Each time you need someone to sign, you simply select the template, add the recipient's details, and send. The document structure, field placements, and signing order stay the same.
