If you have a form or a contract that you require sending out for signature often, you can simply create a template for it. Templates allow you to save time by requesting the same information easily from various recipients.
With Sign.Plus you can create your own templates. When preparing your template, you will be able to add your preferred recipients and establish distinct signing steps and roles where each of which will be associated with signature annotations or text fields. Each time you use your template, you will be able to put a different full name and email address for your recipient(s), and send the same form.
You can access your securely stored templates in the Templates section on your Dashboard.
