If you no longer need an AI Agent, you can easily remove it from your Dial.Plus account. Deleting an agent will permanently remove its configuration.
Steps to Delete an Agent
- Log in to your Dial.Plus account
- Go to the Agents tab in the main menu
- Find the agent you want to remove
- Click on the three-dot menu ⋮ next to the agent’s name
- Select Delete Agent
- Confirm when prompted to complete the deletion
Note: Once an agent is deleted, they cannot be recovered. Any phone number assigned to the deleted agent will be unassigned and can then be reassigned to another agent. Knowledge entries will remain stored in the Knowledge Base and will continue to be available to other agents.
