With Fax.Plus, you can share contacts with the users of your corporate account via our web and mobile apps.

Adding Shared Contacts in bulk
Adding Shared Contacts to your account:
- Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Contacts section on your Dashboard.
- Click on Shared , and then on Shared Contacts
- Click on the icon for Add Shared Contact.
- Enter your contact’s information:
- Name
- Fax number (this is mandatory). If your contact's fax number is a telefax, check the option for This is a telefax number under the arrow for More.
- Groups. Type in the name of the group to which you'd like to add your contact. If you haven't created a group yet, learn how to do so by referring to our guide on creating groups here.
- Note
- Email address
- Phone or cell number
- Click on Confirm.
Adding Shared Contacts from your own contact list:
- Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Contacts section on your Dashboard.
- Find the tab for Contacts, and search for the contact you would like to share. Click on the icon for More (⋮) to the right.
- Select Add to Shared Contacts, and then click on Confirm.
Adding Shared Contacts in bulk:
- If needed, learn how to upload contacts to your account in bulk in this article here.
- Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Contacts section on your Dashboard.
- Find the tab for Contacts, and select the contact(s) you would like to share by checking the box to the left of their name.
- Click on the icon for Share on the grey row over your contacts.
- Click on Confirm. Your contact(s) will be now included in the Shared Contacts list, granting accessibility to all users within your corporate team.
Adding Shared Contacts to your account:
- Launch the Fax.Plus app.
- Tap on Contacts, and followed by the icon for Shared Contacts .
- Toggle ON the option for Show Contacts tab.
- If you don't see the tab for Contacts at the bottom of your screen, follow these steps:
- From your Profile, tap on My Fax in the General section.
- Tap on Add.
- Enter your contact’s information:
- Name
- Fax number (this is mandatory).
- Groups. Type in the name of the group to which you'd like to add your contact. If you haven't created a group yet, learn how to do so by referring to our guide on creating groups here.
- Note
- Email address
- Tap on Save. Your contact(s) will be now included in the Shared Contacts list, granting accessibility to all users within your corporate team.
Adding Shared Contacts from your own contact list:
- Launch the Fax.Plus app.
- Find the tab for Contacts, followed by the Contacts icon.
- Find the contact you would like to share, tap on their name and hold.
- Once a menu is displayed, select Add to Shared Contacts, then tap on Share to confirm.
- Your contact(s) will be now included in the Shared Contacts list, granting accessibility to all users within your corporate team.
Note: Contacts added to the Shared Contacts list will not be added to your own account's Contacts list.
