If your organization uses a zero-trust platform (such as Zscaler or Cloudflare Zero Trust), you may experience issues when signing in to Fax.Plus using Single Sign-On (SSO).
Some zero-trust platforms inspect, proxy, or modify web traffic as part of their security policies. In certain configurations, this can interfere with the security mechanisms required by the Fax.Plus web application, preventing the authentication process from completing successfully.
Symptoms
You may experience one or more of the following:
- An authentication error after entering your email address.
- A blank page during sign-in.
- A login loop that repeatedly redirects you back to the sign-in page.
- SSO works on one network but not another.
How to troubleshoot
We recommend trying the following steps:
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
- Try signing in using an Incognito or Private browsing window.
- If your organization uses a zero-trust platform (such as Zscaler or Cloudflare Zero Trust), temporarily bypass it if your IT policies allow.
- Alternatively, try signing in from a device or network that does not use the zero-trust proxy (for example, a mobile device using a cellular connection).
- If signing in succeeds without the zero-trust platform, contact your IT administrator to review your organization's zero-trust policies and allow the Fax.Plus authentication flow.
If the issue persists
If you're still unable to sign in, please contact Fax.Plus Support with:
- A description of the issue.
- The browser and operating system you're using.
- Confirmation of whether your organization uses a zero-trust platform (for example, Zscaler or Cloudflare Zero Trust).
- Any error messages or screenshots you receive during sign-in.
This information will help us investigate the issue and determine whether it is related to the authentication flow or your network configuration.
