Scan.Plus currently allows one Google Drive account to be connected at a time for auto-saving scanned documents. If you’d like to switch to a different account, you’ll need to disconnect the current one first. Follow the steps below for your platform:
For iOS Users
Option 1:
- Open the Scan.Plus app on your iPhone.
- Tap the Settings icon (
) in the lower-right corner to open Settings.
- Go to Auto-Save to Cloud.
- Loate Google Drive and toggle it to the left.
- Click on the Delete buton to remove the connection.
Option 2:
- Open the Scan.Plus app on your iPhone.
- Go to Documents and click on a document.
- Click on Share button located in the top right corner.
- In the Add Action field make sure the Google Drive is selected.
- Long click on the Google Drive icon.
- Followed by Delete.
For Android Users
Option 1:
- Open the Scan.Plus app on your Android device.
- Tap the menu icon (≡) or Settings icon (top-right) to go to Settings.
- Under Auto-Save, tap Google Drive.
- Tap the currently connected account, then tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the upper-right corner and select Delete to disconnect it.
- Once the account is removed, tap Google Drive again to sign in with a different Google account.
Option 2:
You also have ability to reset your connection with Google Drive
from your Google account.
