Migrating to Alohi SSO if you have already activated Okta SSO on your Fax.Plus account.

Who can use this feature?

Available on Enterprise plan.

Accessible to Owners and Admins on Web App.

If you are a Fax.Plus user who currently integrates Single Sign-On (SSO) through the Fax.Plus Okta application, this guide will assist you in transitioning to the new Alohi SSO application.

Note: The “FAX.PLUS“ legacy integration will be shutdown on April 30th, 2025.

This migration to the Alohi SSO is seamless, keeps the users managed via SCIM integration, and works for both Fax.Plus and Sign.Plus platforms, enhancing both security and efficiency.
