Why is there a limit on the number of pages I can fax?

At Fax.Plus, we aim to provide you with a smooth and reliable faxing experience. To ensure high-quality transmission, each plan includes a helpful limit on how many pages you can send in a single fax.

How page limits work

The number of pages you can send per fax depends on your current subscription plan. The higher the plan, the more pages you’re allowed to include in one fax transmission.

For example:

  • If you’re on a Free plan, you can send up to 30 pages per fax.
  • Basic plan users can send up to 60 pages.
  • Premium plan users can send up to 90 pages.
  • Business plan users can send up to 200 pages.
  • Enterprise users enjoy the highest limit with up to 250 pages per fax.

Note: These limits apply to the total number of pages across all attached files in a single fax.

Helpful tips for sending faxes

  • You can attach up to 10 different files in one fax transmission.
  • The total file size must not exceed 75 MB.
  • If your files exceed the page or size limits, you can simply split them and send in multiple faxes.
  • Have more than 10 files? Combine some of them into fewer documents to meet the attachment limit.

Need to send a large document?

No problem! If your fax is over the page or size limit, just divide it into multiple parts and send them separately. This helps ensure each fax goes through successfully and without delay.

Tip: Considering that the success of your fax transmission greatly depends on communication lines, we advise you to consider breaking down your documents into smaller sections, ideally containing 5 to a maximum of 10 pages per file. By faxing each file separately, you enhance the likelihood of successful transmission.
