How does the partner's portal work?

The partner portal, powered by PartnerStack, is your central hub for managing your Alohi affiliate partnership. Once verified, you can track commissions, view transactions, manage your payout settings, customize notifications, and access your referral links, all in one place.

How can I refer clients to Alohi Suite products?

After your application is approved, you will be assigned a unique partner key and referral link for each Alohi Suite product (Sign.Plus and Fax.Plus). You can find your referral links in the Links tab of your program dashboard. Share these links with potential customers. When someone signs up and makes a purchase through your link, you become eligible to earn a commission.

How can I review the list of transactions?

Log in to your PartnerStack dashboard and select the Alohi program. Click on the Reporting tab in the top menu bar. Select Commissions to view your full transaction history. Use the available filters to narrow results by date range, commission status, or other criteria.
How can I track the overall performance of my partnership?
Log in to your PartnerStack dashboard and select the Alohi program. Go to the Performance tab within the program to see a breakdown of clicks, signups, revenue and commissions by day or month. For an overview across all your active programs, use the Reporting tab in the top menu bar.

How can I set up or modify my payout method?

Alohi's affiliate program supports payouts via PayPal and Stripe. Direct deposit (via AirWallex) may also be available depending on your country. To connect or update your payout provider, log in to your PartnerStack dashboard and click on the Commissions tab in the top menu bar. Under Available funds, confirm or update your connected payout provider and follow the on-screen steps to link your PayPal, Stripe or bank account. You must complete your tax information before you can make your first withdrawal.

How can I request a payout?

Commissions become available for withdrawal once they have been reviewed and approved by Alohi. Payments are typically processed monthly, with funds made available around the 13th of each month. To withdraw, go to the Commissions tab in your PartnerStack dashboard, confirm your payout provider is correctly linked, and click Withdraw funds. A minimum balance of $100 USD is required to withdraw. All available commissions must be withdrawn in a single transaction. Partial withdrawals are not supported.

How can I manage email notifications?

By default, you will receive an email when a new sale is generated from one of your referred clients. To update your notification preferences, log in to your PartnerStack dashboard, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, go to Account settings, and navigate to Notifications to toggle on or off the events you'd like to be notified about.
