Accessible to Owners and Admins on Web App.
Follow these steps to integrate Slack with your Fax.Plus account:
- Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Settings section on your Dashboard.
- Find the tab for Integrations.
- Under the box for Slack, click on Activate.
- You will now be redirected to your Slack workspace, where you should follow the instructions to ensure a successful app installation.
Important: Make sure the Fax.Plus app is added to the selected Slack channel, otherwise notifications will not be delivered.
To add the app, go to the channel settings → Integrations → Add an App → search for and add Fax.Plus.
Alternatively, you can invite the app directly into the channel by typing @Fax.Plus in the message field and following the prompt.
